Please educate me that if we purchase water bottle for office dispensar, In which account should we record it ? please share account name.

It's may be account in Staff/Labour welfare or Employee benefit expenses or Office Expenses or General expenses or Business Promotion expenses or Water Cherges under Food and Other expenses...

You can define as per usage of the water bottles...

We can think it's just a drinking water. But, Accountability is with nature of consumes...

You can classify it as indirect expense.

As far as indirect expense,are concerned, indirect expense is a group whereas I need to know that iwhat should be the title of that account in which this expense should be recorded ? 

Use any of the classificarions from above. You can even put it under utilities. Main thing is classification of direct and indirect costs. After that, some say tgere is tax reluef for repairs and maintenance. In the same way you have to find out if any is applicable here
