what is the relevant assessment year for nov2010 exams? is it same 2010-11 or 2011-12 and whether budget 2010 applicable for nov 2010 exams?

a/y will be 2010/11.it cannot be 2011-12.a/y 2011-12 for may exams.budget 2010 is not applicable.it came to existence on 8 may 2010 and for nov exams amendments and notifications up to 30 apr are relevant.

Assessment Year 2010-11. The A.Y 2011-12 would be applicable in May and Nov 2011.
