I am an inter ca now. I have been searching for a job from a very long time but did not get any. I have my finals attempt in nov 13 i got a job but in a co. rather than a ca firm. I grabbed the opportunity thinking that it wil be very gud for my future amd will get to learn many things. But now im scared as i hav to do many things there. There is quite pressure. I am not even able to perform well. due to which i am a bit scared. I have never been academically or practically very strong but i always want to do things and improve myself. But now i dont know what to do...It has not been a long time since i hav joined. Pls give proper suggestions.....Pls

Dear Ritu ji,

Actually, learning and doing things practically will be very important and useful before you enter in the Corporate World as a professional. However, arrange everything properly so that you get suitable time for your studies as well.

Keep learning and keep studying this will surely benifit you. And if possible take leave for a month for studies.

The issue of holidays wont arrive but im not confident enuf for my own self....as im a slow performer i dnt giv d output so nicely nd here its d co. det wont wait for me....im a bit scareeddd :(

First thing start your preparation and believe yourself.... if you dont believe yourself who else will....

If you think it is hard for you, leave the job and prepare well for your exam, job can be done later on... Keep in mind your first priority is to clear the exams....
