A Small request to all CCI members..

Rather i felt to express my views and not to insult anyone..it is the article of views which i have seen from long time in our club..so plz don't feel bad..

Sasanka I am really happy dat finally someone has got the courage to speak what I have been saying again and again that this is the time to answer individual queries rather than giving tips.

Just becoz of such things one of the genuine member and my friend Deepak Gupta has left this platform. Even I tried to do the same but my friends asked me to face dem rather then run away from dem.

Bro I agree with each and every word of urs. Till now I was scared to say these words coz I thght people will say that I am jealous of dem.

But now I will say what I will feel. 

The only person who was fulfilling the duty was Sneha Sunshine by helping and replying to queries posted by members in her community:-

I try to reply to pm send to me by members as per my limited knowledge.

But now I have my 2nd grp CA exams so can't continue it till 15th May.

But these seniors can help others in this time. 

I am sorry if u people have felt bad. I don't have any option and I can't take this anymore. 

There are only options available for me:-

(1) Delete my profile

(2) Support what Sasanka said and give my genuine opinion

Hai Pulkit thank you for ur support..i am not at all against the tips given or posted by our co members..they were amazing..but what i wanted to say is this doesn't give any change now..so it would be helpful for all of us if our experts or seniors who actively participating in this club if they reply to the max queries or doubts which are posted..and plz don't see for thanks or for points for getting any t-shirts or cups whatever..

be helpful to all.. if u don't know anyone who has seen the post fwd it to the persons u know and get the doubt cleared so that we can gain the knowledge too..visisting the article is not sufficient findning the solution makes the difference and will get more value to our professional club..

Completely agree with Sasanka. No further comments on articles. All I would say is that I will try to provide the help to the best of my knowledge. Hope all the members (not only seniors) take this deed.

Again I will say that Sasanka don’t worry there are many members (Not only seniors) who try their level best to provide the help and support unselfishly. Hope this post of yours helps in increasing this number. There are many youngsters also who I have seen give their best effort in helping their fellow students. And no body can deny that. I will also ask you to take this deed. I have always said that a student is the best helper of a fellow student. All the students do not have access to the facility of tuitions etc. So those who have this facility should share their knowledge and notes with fellow students. Many are doing that.

So we all should come together to try and help each other and add value to this club through our each activity.

Total agree with you all and always support like this issues where students can get more benefited from this platform. Already my article series stopped keeping in mind of exams, will continue only after exams and now only concentration on replying queries related to exams..

Students who cleared CPT it’s good to share their experience and their notes with their juniors then it will be more helpful to them, same way IPCC and FINAL students do same then all juniors will be benefited.  CCI top members too reply to more queries related and can make big impact on this platform.

Thank you Sister(Saritha)..i am really happy that all of our members wanted to help all to the maximum..so that we can see the best club ever ...thank you all..let us all be one help all..becoz it is a knoledge sharing platform which develops great people in future..

post is meaningful for welfare of members but there is a hidden gurdge for few members by the author.

person to person everybody is engaged in something to cater his day to day needs, and still they are active in CCI after performing their daily routine, reason is simple, they are addicted to this forum, 

its not true that they are not contributing, but they are limited in their posts may be their busy schedules or personal business, also some seniors use to consolidate their too many posts in single post so that we dont have to rush piller to post for every abc.

half a glass water does not  mean that its half empty, but it is half filled also, just change of view may bring smile for a while, 

reason for their refraining from replies as far as i realize is

1) if the queries are posted with a evasion mindset, and they expect the replies as per their own version, they dont belive that rules are not for CCI members only, and CCI members are not authority to temper the rules, but when somebody reply wrong as per their own mindset, they giggle and get trapped under the original rules in end" this is not fair. 

2) repeat of same query by either one person or with replica membership, viz ..huge tds in 2008/09/10/11 how to file return and get refund............

what they want to express and get back in reply ? even ITO can not help in this, we are just simple members in CCI ........

when TDS is deducted, there must be some reason of taxability above limit, but nobody is ready to discuss that point, and accumulation of that source in taxable income,

but CAstudents post reply that u can file return , penalty 271 ( Rs 5000) and u r eligible to get refund......... without a single thought that what reply they have if the AO ask.........................."if u dont have taxable income, why these amounts get deducted and under which section?"

if u reply proper, they will post next after 2-3 days or a week

if u reply there also , they will repeat again

if u reply with hard findings and clear words , they will abuse u

nobody is ready to disclose the facts but everybody want their queries get solved, its like treatment of infection without diagnosis ............... only some miracle can help such patients, not the doctors i feel :)

CA is the family doctor of the person for his financial diseases, and cures them by bringing the evations under the legiable rules without evetion by tax management, they dont want to promote evasion at all.

still we cant help to change the mindset of all people, who post in forum in abbreviated and hiding the facts.

maximize your efforts to keep the forum up, but side by side, discourage the evaders, its also our duty for being an indian.
