Suppose a Public company with 500 members calls for a meeting and the quorum specified in the AOA is 10. The quorum was present on the day of meeting but the meeting was adjourned for other reason. Now on the day of the adjourned meeting if the quorum isn't present will the provisions of Sec 103(3) apply or is 103(3) applicable only when the original meeting was adjourned for want of Quorum ?
