A must read for ca freshers...

Dear friends,

I have read on various places on CAclubindia and some other websites that some of the recently qualified CAs are complaining that they are not getting good jobs.

Job is not the only option for fresher CAs. Chartered Accountants should think of giving job to other unemployed people. One can start his / her own personal practice or 2-3 friends together may form a CA firm or LLP. In practise, you will definitely earn equal to or much more than any job. This can be proved from the simple example given below:

Suppose you have started your own practise. You can take office on rent and you have to invest maximum up to1 lac. Ceiling limit for tax audit for a CA is 45. Now think the worst happened. Suppose you dont get any professional work in the beginning. Suppose you get just 25 tax audits in a year and nothing else. Then also you will earn about2.5 Lacs. This is the worst. The best you can assume. Moreover, the best benefit is that you will be your own boss. In job, your position will be of an assistant. I am not against jobs, but you cant deny the truth.

If you have done regular articleship, then you must have at least 5-6 CAs in practise who knows you personally. You can request them for work.

When you had started CA, weren't you sure that you will succeed? and today you have succeed as a CA. Then why to complain about jobs to companies when you yourself have a capacity to form a company?

Hame apna paymana tay karna hoga or use lagu karna hoga. Apni soch badi karni hogi.

Regards.
