Please chant Hare krishna Mahamantra - Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare. Also get Bhagwad Gita As it is - By Srila Prabhupada. And try to read or if it is difficult for you to read ask someone close to read the 2nd Chapter of the Bhagwad Gita. Just by following this you will experience special. Pls try it. Where are you placed - if mumbai which hospital.
