Hi,

one of my clients has got Communication of Tax demand for AY 06-07, 08-09, 09-10 and 10-11 after filing return of FY 10-11. He has not got any demand letter for the above said years on filing of returns, and just a communication of demand is recieved from CPC only after the filing the return of FY 10-11.

I want a copy of tax demand to check whether they arrived at demand correct or not, so that if its not in order i can send 154.

Please suggest how to get a copy of same online??

you have to contact ITO in which ward you had filed return of income. dont reply to cpc bangalore

you have to contact with the assesing officer of the ward in which company had filled ITR .and ask for the copy of the dame . do not contact with cpc .
