Dear Experts,

Please clarify me the following doubts;

we are using Asbestos Sheets (68114010) and Tata Blue Iron Sheets(94060099) for roof covering SHED, finally our final product to be kept in that shed.

kindly clarify me, can we claim Cenvat on this items, irrespective of tariff nos eligibilty.

buildings are not covered under capital goods, hence credit inadmissible
