HI FRNDS I WANT 2 KNOW THAT IN TODAY'S PAPER IN BONUS ISSUE CAN WE USE CAPITAL RESERVE OF Rs 60,000 AS RESERVES FOR BONUS DISTRIBUTION.,

hello friend...
i think it is not necessary to use C.R for bonus share...
i use general reserve 240000...

yes u can use capital reserve of 6000 since it is realised in cash..

On assumption dat capital reserve other than excahnge is realised in cash. Further u need to asuume dat authorized capital ia increased

capital reserve is created for specific purpose so we cannot use it for issue of bonus... only

1 security  premium

2 general reserve

3 owned funds

we can use to issue bonus...
