CAN A RICE MILL UNIT CLAIM DEDUCTION U/S 80IB BEING SITUATED IN BACKWARD DISTRICT. CLASSIFIED AS SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKING

ALSO SUGGEST WHETHER THE DEDUCTION CAN BE CLAIMED UNDER 80IB(11A)

SUPPORTING RECENT CASE LAWS WOULD BE GREAT.

only items of 11th schedule are eligible, rice is not in 11th schedule
