80gg
for claiming deduction u/s 80gg a declaration in form 10ba is to be furnished by the assessee subject to the fulfillment of other conditions.now my question is to whom this declaration has to be furnished and when???

According to me the form 10BA should be submitted to Assessing Office Alongwith return.
Sir, it need not be submitted anywhere...kept with ourselves. if case is picked up for assessment, cud be submittd as an evidence.
Even its the era of paperless returns.
