yes, if dependent is spouse, parents, children, brother or sister. bcz limit is for per dependent. (irrelevant actual expenses) 1) 75000 2) 1,25,000, for severely disable dependnt. assessee need to take a certificate from prescribed medical authority.
is only certificate is enough to claim this rebate for dependent with self declaration.....if only nursing is needed for dependent no medical expenses...?? pls answer.....thanks in advance
