Hi, 

I am 62 years old. I have this doubt

I have no Medical Insurance Policy.

Can I claim for Medical Expenses under this section for expense incurred by

1) Me (62 year)

2) Spouse (57 year)

3) Daughter (23 year)

I am asking for Medical expenses not Insurance

you cannot hv doubt.
Medical expenditure of senior citizen is eligible for deduction.. Here only yours medical expenditure is eligible for deduction
