i have paid LIC premium Rs.45000 in cash ....can i claim 80C deduction.?

ti claim deduction u/s 89C, mode of payment is not relevant. you can claim deduction

If you have receipt of payment, then you can.

LIC premium paid in cash will be allowed subject to least of two amount
1. Premium Paid or
2. Specified %age of Sum assured in the insurance.
