dear team pls advice during filing of 3b for fy 22-23 taken less ITC compare to books now filling 9 can I take actual as per book.where to show in the GSTR 9.

No you can not take Input tax credit in GSTR9 , no such provision . last date to avail input tax credit for F.Y 22-23 was November 30 , 2023 in 3B , same has been lapsed.

2B and books is almost same
2b and 3b almost same then, how book value is increased...?!
If it's for non filers related ITC then wait for their filing...

ITC can be availed/ reversed/ utilised through GSTR 3B only.
