if graduation is done from a recognised university with minimum 55% result ,then exempted from giving cpt exam.

IS THE RULE OF DIRECT ENTRANCE INTO IPCC AFTER GRADUATION HAS PASSES?
Dear Sir,
I got 54.47% marks inculuding language in my Bcom.
But excluding language my % is 54.87 ie when will rounded to next it will be 55%
Hence I would like to know which % will consider for IPCC registration.
Language marks will be added or not
