Can a person who is a data processor, code 14003 or a software consultant code 14002 or alike file return under 44Ad?

Quick Summary
If you are Software Engineer ( data processing, Consultant falls under Software Engineer) then you Can Opt for section 44ADA of the Income tax act. ( profession) .
44ADA : 50% Exp may be be claimed without books of accounts
Yes you can, but if you are practising profession as told by Prasad Nilugal, you need to declare income u/s 44ADA
