Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies that if you receive commission income, you generally cannot opt for the presumptive taxation scheme under Section 44AD, even if you also run a restaurant business. The scheme is typically for specific types of businesses, and commission income often requires maintaining proper accounts and filing under a different Income Tax Return (ITR) form, such as ITR 3.

Commission income can't be under presumptive scheme...
Can i show restaurant service under 44ad and commission in other source
No.Not eligible..

The presumptive taxation scheme can be opted by the eligible assessee who is engaged in any business (except the business of plying, hiring or leasing goods carriages referred to in section 44AE
No sir
You have to use ITR 3 and compulsory accounts.

44AD - not allowed for commission means not allowed for other type of businesses.
44AD not allowed for commission
