whether UNABSORBED DEPRECIATION IS ALLOWED when we opt for PRESUMPTIVE BASIS.

can u explain with proof like in which section it is mentioned
It is not allowed since sec 32 covers the provisions relating to depreciation and sec 44AD|ADA and AE overrides the entire PGBP Section
if you go for 44AD, then it's presumed that expenses claimed u/Ss 30 to 36 are deemed to be allowed. so there's no question of unabsorbed depreciation
