44 Ad + commission income

1.Respected members! If I have to business one is covered in 44 AD and second is general insurance.
2. I am filing itr 3 and showing in itr 44 AD income in presumptive income column and
in column (no account) I am showing commission income and expenses.
Is it correct action?

The course of Action you had taken is within the laws. The presumptive business income to be shown in the Presumptive income column & Commission income for which Presumptive does not apply which needs to be shown in the Column of (No Books) .. Pls check the provision of maintenance of books of accounts in your case
