Main Contractor has given contract / work of Rs.40 lacks to Registered Sub Contractor.
If main Contractor decided to discharged Tax Liability on works & issue Form 406 & 409 to the Sub Contractor
whether, Sub Contractor can claim set off entirely on purchases made for the work?
