3CD CLAUSE 16D
one of my client recieved demand order since he declared income from house property in clause 16d. as a result cpc has added same income again under pgbp and raised a demand intimation 143(1)..... what's the wayout

There was some data entry mistake same can be checked from ITR form
Actually income house property is reported under IFHP but again same has been reported in clause D stating that IFHP income isn't considered under business income. but cpc while processing the return has added it twice under both heads and raised the demand. so now iam looking for the wayout to rectify. but rectification request seems not allowing to file the return again
