Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies a common confusion regarding GSTR 2B reports. If you receive debit notes in GSTR 2B that appear as credit notes in your accounting books, this is correct. It signifies an increase in the value of your purchases. Consequently, you must increase your tax liability in your GSTR-3B filing to reflect this change.

Yes it is correct and you also have to increase your liability in GSTR-3B
Yes absolutely
@ Rajkumar sir
Why to increase liability in GSTR 3B?

Yes debit notes means increase in value of purchases so this will be credit notes as per your books
