WHAT TO DO IN 2A RECO WITH PURCHASE TRANSATION MISSING UNDER VALUE NOT TALLY

Missing means Supplier has not uploaded GSTR1 , therefore entry in your purchase book but not in GSTR 2A .ask him to file GSTR1.
Some time showing in GSTR2A but not in your purchase book , then you have confirm from supplier for such Invoices.
