2A mismatched with auto populate

In Gstr 9 2A figure is auto populate (Rs 90000) but in actual 2A Excel sheet is different (Rs 100000) so which one should consider?

Both are correct but kindly check for following in Excel format:
1.Status of filing
2. CNT Section
