No, declaration under Section 274(1)(g) is an annual disclosure which is to be obtained after the end of each financial year. Ttarget='_blank' rel='nofollow' hrefore, it is obtained in the month of April.
Only disclosure under section 299 in form 24AA is to be obtained in the last month of financial year.
