269SS applicability

Kindly advise me on which of following cases, sec 269ss applicable.

1) Loan taken for Rs 15000 in cash from two DIFFERENT persons on SAMEDAY.

2) Unpaid loan is 15000 and took loan from SAME person for Rs 6000 in cash.

3) Loan(not capital) taken from a single partner for Rs 25000 in cash in a partnership farm.

4) Further/New capital introduced by a single partner for Rs 25000 in cash.

5)Cash drawn by a partner for Rs 25000 in cash in single day.
