I filled 26 QB (tds on property transfer) and opted to pay taxes subsequently. I have saved acknowledgment no. also. Now I want to pay it online instead of going to the bank. Do I need to fill the challan forms again?

Earlier gets nullified, when not paid at bank counter.
I think you fill 26QB again and then at the end proceed for payment online..

When I clicked on e-tax at subsequent date on NSDL website. , it is giving me the option to pay online with the same ack no.. So I think I do not need to fill the forms again.
So pay TDS online and after few days download Form 16B which you have to give to the seller
