in 26 AS salary part no tds deducted but amount show in 38900/- credited/payment's column.

income already taken in computation.
kindly suggest how to treat in Itr-1

Nothing to worry about as salary of 38,900 does not attract TDS. In ITR-1 you report the amount you have received in your bank account under Income from Slaary2. It can also be more than what is being shown in 26AS. Show your interest income from bank in income from other sources claim the reapective VIA deductions and file.

Declare the salary income of Rs.38900/- (along with any other salary income) under salary head in ITR1.... for assessment.
