25a & 25c

A public listed company has already appointed an Executive Director but the limit exceeds Schedule XIII as per our interpretation,. Now as per sec 269 a return has to be filed within 90 days of appointemnt in e form 25C.

However do we have to file e-form 25A? though the appointment has already taken place. Pls advice urgently Also what is the purpose of  e-form 25A ?
