24Q-TIMING OF FILING 24Q TDS RETURN

Hi,

Is 24Q TDS on salary return to be filed only when actual payment of salary is made.?

Say for eg. salary from April 2020 to Sep 2020 for Rs.3,00,000 paid on 20.11.2020.

In the given above case 24Q to be filed only for Q3 i.e.date on which actual payment of salary is made?

or for Q1 and Q2 also it is required to be filed on accrual basis.
