Same problem for me too... There is no concrete solution from m anybody. We are using nsdl supplied ETDS 3.8 RPU. Is there any other software freely available? Please help us. I am trying to deduct 20000 from total income those who are having taxable income less than 5lakh. Even then the error showing is like "wrong gross income from previous employer".
