24Q 4th quarter Short Deduction and Form 16 issue

Hello everyone,

I filed the 24Q for the 4th quarter for my company, but as it was processed I got a mail saying there was short deduction for 1 of the employees. I later discovered that this was due to him being in new tax regime and us selecting old tax regime.
I am looking forward to correcting the same but what i want to know is, can i download the form 16 for other employees before i submit this correction? for this employee i will download again later. Is is okay to do so? or should form 16 be downloaded only after final correction has been made?

Actually if correction takes time other employees will face delay in filing their return due to lack of form 16.
