I have deposited the advance tax to SBI on 15.12.2009 , I have received stamp from Bank with dated 15.12 2009 but in my 26AS its shows the dated 16.12.2009 and i have notice for 234B&C.How to solve this issue?

You can resolve this matter by showing the challan receipt with reply to the notice to the officer...
Thats the only way
The best way is to go to the Bank and tell them about the error made by bank.
Then if the notice is received from banglore CPC then the only way out is as suggested above. The reason is that Banglore CPC guys are "laker ke fakir" so they will not resolve your issue.
If they transfer your case to local jurisdictional officer then and only then you can get it solved from that local jurisdictional officer.
Let me tell you my friend, that all such issues take really long time to get resolved and all these create difficulties in your day to day activities. So please take care of such minor errors made by some one else for which you have to suffer.
