really u rockz..i can say whether anybody takes DUMMY or not it does not take him to Rank..for rank it also depends on Quality..but if u've not taken any leave for CS/CWA u r really phodu type :)waise u must have taken leave atleast for days in which u write CS/CWA exams n before that..r u really quit job to teach privately?
