can we amendment gstr1 missing invoices for August 2018, September 2018, October 2018, November 2018.
if not possible what is solution

No, you can not do amendments now, as the due date for amendments for F.Y 2018-19 is already passed..

Yes you can. September 2020 is the last month to do so

Invoice is relating to F.Y 2018-19, not F.Y 2019-20.
For F.Y 2018-19 due date is already passed.
