Quick Summary
The deadline to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) for the Financial Year 2018-19 has passed. According to GST rules, ITC must be claimed before filing the September 2019 return or the annual return, whichever came first. Therefore, it is no longer possible to avail ITC for FY 2018-19.

HI,

Before filing valid GST returns for month of September 2019 or Before Filling annual Return which ever is earlier

No you can't availed input tax credit for F.Y 2018-19 now , last date was spt 2019 return date

At present you cannot avail ITC for the FY2018-19. According to GST rules, you must claim to avail ITC before filing the return for the month of september 2019 or Annual return whichever is earlier.
