Dear Sir/Madam,
In this year budget it is mentioned that first home buyers on home loan in 2013-14 can have an advantage of additional one lakh in no-tax range.
Does it mean, it is applicable for those, whose house loans are approved only after Apirl 1st 2013, or does it mean loan approved in any month of 2013 like Jan, Feb and March too, can have this advantage.
I have actually applied for a house loan. This may get approved in this month or next month.
If the advantage is only for post April 1st approved loans, then I would request the bank to approve only after 1st April.
Please advise.
