Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether an individual with two GST numbers, one from Delhi and one from Uttar Pradesh, both under the same trade name, needs to open separate bank accounts for each state. While not strictly mandatory as bank account transactions aren't state-restricted, opening separate accounts is recommended for operational transparency and easier audit reconciliation, especially if business operations are active in both locations. Ultimately, the decision rests on personal discretion and business needs.

Not required as the bank acccount transactions are not restricted to state specific, entire India is applicable.
It is at your descripttion ..If operations are carried at both places then better to open a seperate account which can bring transparency..
No such requirement
It's not mandatory but from Audit point of view, 26AS reconciliation branch wise can be done easily if seperate bank account is maintained..

You may manage it through excel also .

It's at your discretion as I said previously
If you already said previously then why replied again as queriset didnt ask anything from you.
