salary depends how you perform in the interview? i have seen many candidates who cleared their exams in the first attempt but dont get the job even in the Big4. so update yourself and try to gain maximum knowledge.

First attempt does not help so much unless u get the Rank.

but if you perform well in the interview, you will get around 800000-1000000 Laks.

It depends which area/sector u wanna enter and how u perform in your interview.

I suggest u to read latest issue of Business Today;to decide on the sectors/companies u want to apply.

Starting salary isn't the only factor;the job roles,responsibilties,work-life balance,training hours are other crucial factors which u shouldn't ignore.

Hi, even i m first attempt CA in nov 2010 with ranks in CPT and PCC and cleared two papers of Actuary.... and as per me ur package will be around 7lakhs pa.....

Hey Congrates Vishal...Well CA in 1st attempt, gets salary pakage of 12 laks minimum(starting) and in addition to CA u r Actuary, u vl definately earn 15 lakhs pakage p.a.
