then will 194c apply?
since it crossed 1lakh in aggregate but individual payment did not cross 1lakh and single payment of 30k

Your question is not very much clear, kindly write what was amonut of bill. if the individual bill is more than one lakh whereas Dindiviidual payment is less than 30000/ , In my opinion provision of TDS would be applicable.
