What is the threshold limit of 194A? = Rs.5,000/-
TDS rates for individual, huf and others = for all 10% ( if no / Invalid Pan 20% )

Limit for TDS U/s 194A is 5000 In case OF intt. From Individual/HUF but same can deduct your tax only if they are liable for tax Audit............
and In Case OF intt. From Bank the same limit Extemd to 10000 ..........
At flat rate of 10% As per Amendments made by finanace act 2009..................
and if the asessee is not having Pan Nuber than the same shall be increased to flat rate of 20%...................
