It's All Depend Upon The Relationship Of Director With The Company. If It's Managing Director And Whole Time Director Then Deduct TDS U/s 192 by Treating The Payment made to them as Salary and deduct Profession Tax Also.
If You Are Not Treating As Salary Then Deduct TDS 194J As Professional Fees And PT is not Required To Deduct
