hi, our client has come to us for making import remittance for goods imported by him from supplier in usa.
our client states in writing to us that that :-
supplier as no pe in india
import is on principal to principal basis and
supplier has no business connection in india.
we even get the supplier's invoice having complete address in usa along with custom documents that goods are imported.
CAn we give our 15cb based on above undertaking and invoice? we personally believe the client as we know them since years. is it ok? i feel its ok if we explicitly state reasons in the 15cb certificate.. please reply,
