15CA in case of payments made through credit card to foreign parties

Sir, One of our Client Company makes payments to foreign parties via Credit card linked with Paypal account. Whether Company has to to file Form 15CA for foreign payments made via credit card linked in Paypal Account. While filing From 15CA what information will be given in respect of Bank details through which remittance is made.
