15 Minute taken back !? What it means ?

It means even after giving 15 minutes

none of us guys have improved......

Now institute babus are beating the guy who first gave the suggestion

There is a consistency principle in Accounting but not in institute rules and regulations 

Nobody knw y the institute  gives some provision and sometimes y it withdraw immediately.... 

For evry attempt we r finding new rules and provisions... and sometimes we find some stupidity in instituite decisions..  we see,  last time the institute changed the exam timings frm afternoon to morning but before implementing it, it reverted back to original timings......... DO our Institute nevr consider the consequences or problems before announcing any decision... Everytime a new provision and thinking to withdraw it once it implemented or before itself.....  very very dumb

It means ab fir se 3 hours me exam khatam karna hoga.

Doesnt matter much i guess.

One who has concepts clear can finish exam well within 2.5 hrs i guess.(My personal opinion no hard feelings.)

hello guys if they announced that the prov of 15 minutes is taken back,it doesnt neccesarily mean that they are making less people pass.ICAI aim is only to increase pass % not to decrease.there will be some reason for withdrawing it.so dont blame the institute

nothing is mentioned in the website but it was published in the TIMES OF INDIA.
