We have filed the trust's Income Tax for the assessment year 21-22 last years,but now this has been issued 143(1) in that order we are liable to pay tax. Any chances to get the rectification.

Yes, rectification of any error/mistake apperant on record, can be rectified u/s. 154 of IT act.
Assessee can file rectification within 4 years from the end of the financial year in which order sought to be amended was passed.
