139(9) error code 89

Choose any of the following business code........ as per his qualification...........

0601 Professionals [Chartered Accountants, Auditors, etc.]
0602 Professionals [Fashion designers]
0603 Professionals [Legal professionals]
0604 Professionals [Medical professionals]
0606 Professionals [Specialty hospitals]
0607 Professionals [Others]

And resubmit the same data with new ITR 4 utility...........

Above said codes only accept as 44ADA or any other codes...?

If above said only then all other codes are treat as 139(9)...?

As per income tax provisions only above referred codes are accepted for presumptive assessment u/s. 44ADA.......

Section 139(9) is for return filling in response to defective notice.....
