can I view 10 year 13 years old itr return.It is not found in the portal.There is a demand for which I need to refer old returns.

Such old ITRs are not available on the portal, as mostly they were manually filed. You may have stored its copy.
The demand being raised is not current, but must be pending from old time, so contact your ITO and get the copy.
FILE AN RTI AND SEEK INFORMATION
No you can't thate time return filed manually. Ask your CA if they have in record.
You cannot view such old it's.
